This role is part of the reporting team responsible for providing timely and accurate financial and management reporting information and complying with financial policies & standard processes. The outputs from this process will be fed into the consolidated results of the region.

Your main tasks will be:

MANAGEMENT REPORTING TASKS AT MONTH-END CLOSING

- preparation of financial and management reports for the group under US GAAP
-take active part in the monthly consolidation
-own and maintain lease database (under US GAAP)
-support the controlling teams from reporting perspective during monthly closing, budgeting and strategic planning

GENERAL TASKS

-first point of contact for stakeholders in the reporting field
-supports finance related projects, acquisitions or IT changes within the companies in scope
-contribute to define and build standardized and automated reports and operational improvement initiatives within the R2R Team
-owner of reporting related SOX controls and SOPs
-handle group internal and external audit request

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • Intermediate English (B2) and Fluent Hungarian
  • at least 3-4 years of practical accounting experience
  • accurate and detail-oriented attitude
  • strong analytical and organizational skills
  • proactive, self-starter, strong sense of responsibility, highly committed
