EHS and IMS Specialist - fluent Hungarian
Our new colleague will support OH&S, environmental and monitors and enforces compliance according to legal and CRH requirements, moreover, promote and implement standards.
Your main tasks will be:
- Support OH&S activities – ensure that all legal requirements and internal regulations, procedures are in place, providing appropriate training and taking all necessary actions to comply.
- Support IMS activities – ensure that all legal requirements and internal regulations, procedures are in place, providing appropriate training and taking all necessary actions to comply. coordinate periodical audits and ensure compliance during external audits.
- Continuously analyse current situation and make proposals to improve even further in all three areas of activities.
- Facilitates root cause analyses of injuries and incidents. Conducts investigations into incidents involving any violations and prepares appropriate written reports.
- Coordination of corrective actions implementation to prevent reoccurrence of accidents
- Communicate within the company about national, EU and CRH regulations
- Build and maintain constructive relationship with relevant stakeholders
Important information about the position:
Location: HQ in Budapest, but please note that min 50% of the month our new colleague has to travel within Hungary

You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- University degree in relevant field (safety engineering/management, environmental, industrial hygiene or related science)
- Advance English language knowledge
- OH&S qualification
- Environmental qualification
- Fire protection qualification
- 5 years’ experience in OHS field in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- External and internal auditors qualification - ISO 14001, 9001, 45001
- Knowledge on local and EU legal frame
- SAP knowledge
- Ms Office tool knowledge
- Active driving licence (B)
