Your main tasks will be:

➡️ Create the company's work and health protection procedures/policies,
➡️ Support and coordinate the implementation of all occupational health and safety and fire safety policies within the processes in the plant.
➡️Provides advice on occupational health and safety concerns and works with employees at all organizational levels to affect corrective action strategies

➡️ Delivers safety, health training on required regulatory, corporate and site-specific topics.
➡️ Participate in incidents investigations, root cause analyses, complete reports, and monitor corrective action implementation.
➡️Performs workplaces assessments and provides technical guidance to employees to minimize risks associated with workplaces, processes and environment

➡️ Provides expertise during concept and design phases of products, processes, machines and equipment to ensure that safety and health control methodologies are integrated
➡️ Maintains documentation of health and safety, fire safety and relevant documentation according to CRH and legal standards (reports, analyses, statistics, registers).

YOu are the ideal candidate if you have:

✅ Possess a bachelor degree in safety engineering, industrial hygiene or related science
✅ 3 years’ experience in OHS field in an industrial/manufacturing environment (construction is advantage)
✅ Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems experience, such as ISOs certifications.
✅ Occupational Health and Safety compliance and systems auditing experience
✅ Communication and leadership skills to engage cross-functional teams
✅Analytical mindset, attention to detail, with a proactive and hands-on approach

✅Planning and organizational skills.
✅ Time management skills – to be able to prioritize the most critical safety issues
✅ Fluent English knowledge (Written and oral)
