Senior Finance Specialist - fluent Hungarian

Your main tasks will be:

➡️ Coordinate all finance and controlling activities to ensure transparent financial operations and full alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
➡️ Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and adherence to standardized tools and processes
➡️ Analyze and comment on the variances against budget regarding reason and impact on the forecasted results,

➡️Identify key business risks and recommend proactive measures to prevent or mitigate them.  
➡️Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of all required financial reporting
➡️Partner with the CEO and HR Business Partner to assess functional needs and, in alignment with internal stakeholders, develop actions supporting ongoing organizational changes and growth
➡️ Review contracts and comply with corporate rules,
➡️Support procurement activities by benchmarking prices and participating in supplier negotiations for necessary goods and services, following established procedures and corporate policies.

➡️Maintain effective collaboration with the sales team, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures, directives and policies
➡️ Manage all administrative and organizational tasks related to the finance team and finance meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking action items, and organizing team or customer‑related events
➡️Prepare materials, data, analyses, and presentations as required for assigned projects

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
✅ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
✅ Confident English language skills (written and spoken)
✅ Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is an advantage
✅ Experience with SAP system
✅Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities

✅ Accuracy, precision and strong ownership mindset

✅Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

✅Active driving licence – B category
